Carmen
Meet Carmen, our Founder & Creative Director!
Carmen has been a part of the non-profit and ministry arena for over 15 years. She has led ministries, teams, and overseen events from the ground up. Carmen is also a pastor’s wife, mom of four, and teacher. Her passion is to serve others through creativity and collaboration. Carmen finds great joy in seeing the stories of our clients come alive through design, marketing, and creative content.
Carmen shares, “I love what I do because it's not just a job—it's a calling. I've always loved to see healthy communities thrive and I'm honored that I get to help forge those paths.
My passion is to serve others through creativity and design. This passion has led me into graphic design, web design, illustration, teaching graphic design over the years.”
Mike
Meet Mike, Co-Founder & Head of Operations.
If you're passionate about helping churches and non-profits communicate with impact, Mike is your man. He has a unique background of counseling, project management, and leadership, as well as a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership. But don't let the education fool you; Mike's spent more than 10 years in ministry as a pastor, so he knows what it feels like to have to plan an outreach event on a shoestring budget while also trying to figure out how to help everyone in the church feel like they belong.
Mike is our Co-Founder and he keeps us grounded by reminding us that we're here to help people connect with other people through the power of words and design—and that what we create should help them do just that.
